I had a pict of this somewhere...mighta been at that beginner's site but anyway... any of the ovens with a downdraft fan, and especially with a convection mode- make real good dehydrators.
I have a Jennaire, and what I do is take doubled aluminum foil and make a sort of duct from the oven door to the downdraft. I prop the door open with a short hunk of dowel pressing on the oven light switch, which allows the convection fan to operate with the door cracked.
The downdraft sucks the humid air out quite well, as the convection fan keeps it moving. I run tho oven at like 150-180 depending on thickness of jerky and time available.
