  • Elk Chile Burger

Well, I didn't get all fancy like Bearcarver but here it is. Just two pics. Had three, but my Kodak easy share is playing photobucket with me. This is some of the burger from my stepson's huge elk. Have to tell you, I don't know how much of this will make it to HIS freezer! It's just damn good.

Thanks for checking out my cookin'.

Thanks guys. Painting faces doesn't work too well using a 64 ounce squeeze bottle. Craig, I'm with you on the chiles. Just bought a bushel of fresh roasted. Ended up with 25 quart freezer bags of roasted, peeled goodness.

Looks Fantastic from the Bear Den, Keith!!!

LOL---64 ounce squeeze bottle makes it difficult---I'm sure Ice will fix it up.
