Barkonbutts, I know I'm late to the party, but I'm going to give these a try. They sure look delicious! I don't drink drink wine, so can you recommend a brand of Burgundy wine to buy?

If you've never drank red wine with red meat and you drink alcohol give it a try. Go with a box of wine (about 3 or 4 bottles for $20-$25). The shrooms as described are good. If you don't want to wait 9 hours just grill/broil/bake the shrooms for 10 or 15 minutes. the boxed wine is good for a month and better on your school girl figure than cold beer.

Beer much better if you asked me... I have tried just about every kind with just about and kind of meat... beer, beer, beer please!

However, I do like wine in things.. weird I guess... I love this merlot cheese I have gotten from Costco.
