Been doing this a while now and it's very good. I love cooking skinless chicken breasts in SV.
So, the story. 2 skinless chicken breasts rubbed with Rich's Sweet Heat and and couple Tbl of Balsamic vinegar into the bath at 149° for an hour. Reserve the juices. Then, onto the grill at 500° for a quick sear. Wrap and rest for 10 minutes and then slice.
Then, onto a toasted wheat hamburger bun and some of the reserved juices:
Topped with some cole slaw/mayo/balsamic vinegar/KS/CBP with a touch of lime juice, and dinner:
Had some taters and mac salad to go a long with it. It's a sandwich that works hot or cold.
Thanks for looking.
