  • Elk jerky

Only 3 free weekends between basketball and baseball/softball season. Spring cleaning, honey do list and smoking jerky. Ended up with 30 lbs of sliced meat, doing maple jalapeno, black pepper and garlic, sweet and spicy, mesquite, hickory and Chipotle lime

50,000 RPM slicer. Shit goes everywhere?

        Or a wife.
Nice smoke! Getcha some homemade racks in there so you can hang it. Fit a lot more. Musta been 3-4 batches.

Man, let me test it, make sure you did it right.

Yeah 30 lbs to slice makes a mess.
20 lbs smoked so far. I can fit about 7.5 lbs at once on the bull rack 6 but since each flavor is 5 lbs I don't want to mix them up

                  what smoker is that ?
never seen one with racks that neat before

And i guess the only 'problem' with having that much jerky is that, you eat more 'cos there's loads :-)

It's a yoder pellet grill. The jerky rack I'm using the the bull rack 6. Had to tweak it just a little to get lid to close
