Food looks amazing as usual! I am sure it did not go to waste!
Thanks Mags. Nothing goes to waste around here, I can always take stuff into work, you know how those people are.
Probably do the cornbread deal again, they were really good, and the beans, but will try something else and see what happens. I love trying new stuff.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Hmm. Wondering about coring the pepper. Fill it with whatever, dip in cornbread, flash fry. Then wrap in bacon and then onto the smoker/grill ? You could toothpick the end of the pepper back on to hold the cheesy stuff inside. So, kind of a smoked jalapeno popper bacon cheesy treat. Ooh, with chives and garlic.... or shallots and leeks.... and mango...

Inspiration indeed.... hate being an addict.....

But nice job. Wait, what about some grind up chicken sausage mixed in Hot Wang seasoning? Pulled smoked chuck roast?

Got me some shopping to do!

Some days I think Bravo Zulu, other days it's more like Whiskey Tango Foxtrot...
