  • Baked nacho

I decided to cook this the way I do my pizzas since I had an uncontrollable urge to build a real fire
A couple chunks of Hickory to provide the heat...

The bricks in place...No these aren't fire bricks but they do see a fair amount of fire

Nacho on the CI...Shredded smoked roast provides the needed protien for tonight's meal...

I think about 8 minutes later it looks like this...

And on my plate with some fresh pico and some sour cream...

And that took care of my fire desire for Friday night

    Thanks for stopping by...

I have a few pizza posts scattered through out the forums showing the brick trick...But without pics they aren't worth much

Another Friday night in the middle of nowhere.

                    Looks sensational. As usual.

Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
