            Sorry I missed this. I wouldn't say it is crispy but it is defiantly done. Couple things we have done in the past is either precooked the bacon just a tad and then wrap them, or while using the Vortex we will sear them over the Vortex and that will crisp up the bacon fast. One thing with using the Vortex is to be sure that you don't overcook the filet. You need to watch your internal temps close while they are cooking indirect to put them on the sear quick enough.
