Well hello there! I would like to welcome you to the forum though I am new here as well. I have been smoking mostly ribs for well over years already though have only stumbled upon this community when I was looking for more quite interesting rubs I could try on my own for our next meal. It is great to have lying here some discussion of absolutely thing related to smoking.
