just another newbie from eastern canada..been looking for awhile..seems like a good place for asking questions....i completed my reverse flow wood burner last week..Put some ribs on and drank some good red wine while i waited for them to cook...somebody told me to put a meat temp prob on them,when it reaches 170F take them off..Did that ,2 hours later the therm said they were cooked but I left them on until it reached 200F which was 30 min later..( wrong )...been sick all week
