                      I brew mostly Ales didn't build my Lagering Chamber yet, so far I have done Cream Ale, Honey Rye Ale, Citrus Summer Ale, Oktoberfest type Aleand I brew all grain

                      I'm a second shift man so I cherrish my weekends when I get them off and can BBQ or Grill I cook outdoors 12 months a year
