  • Hello from NY

    Hello!

I jumped the gun a bit and posted in the UDS section already but see I should have a done an intro first.

Live in a suburb of NYC and am somewhat new to smoking but cook almost all our families meals outside all year. Currently smoke on a kettle weber, mostly ribs and sometimes brisket but I was lucky to receive a ss drum and I'm planning on building a UDS in the coming weeks.

It's great to read through the forum (I've only scratched the surface) and learn from all you extremely knowledgeable folks.
