Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Way to start off running. I have been smoking or around people whom have been smoking most of my life. Mostly fish (salmon) and lately sausage esp Summer sausage.
Have yet to do bacon so i will be watching for your input regarding the Bacon.
                          Happy smoking and welcome.
