Well thanks everyone for the nice welcome. I know there has been more than one response to my thread but I haven't been able to scroll past bbq engineers avatar yet

Really thanks guys and gals. I always wondered what happened to so many of the good folks I remember seeing elsewhere. This is like finding that old cd under the car seat you use to love but never knew what happened to.

I guess this is where I need to tell you that I do all my smoking on a Brinkmann snp. Modified with alot of fantastic assistance from John aka: Rivet and Ron aka: TasunkaWitco. Snp modifiers extroidanaire!

Looking into a reverse flow or I am intrigued by the wsm or Pro Q Excel.
At any rate look forward to hanging out with y'all!
