    Nekkid brined, MHGP and 60K chip powder, 24 hours. MHGP dusted after, cooked with the V using Royal Oak lump. Pretty good :{)

              We still can't do real wings around here due to the kids braces. So we improvise with boneless stuff.

                A good substitute is boneless thighs. My kids devour them. We get a big pack and do several flavors from MHHW, to BBQ, teriyaki, and a garlic Parmesan. Never enough leftovers!!
