  • Used the Vortex finally

I know you guys want pictures but I failed to take any. However, I cooked up a London Broil on the Weber and used my new Vortex to do it.

Used some MH JAB and since my wife insisted, I marinated it in teriyaki sauce for about half a day. Fired up some lump charcoal in the chimney and dumped it in the vortex. Seared both sides of the meat and then off to the side till medium rare.

Wife saute'ed some portabellas, baked some sweet potatoes and buttered up some garlic bread that I toasted on the Weber.

Very satisfied with the Vortex. Still have to do some wings with it.
