          Can anyone tell me how long till my homemade chilli goes bad. I want some and it's been almost 2weeks. Smells ok though. Please let me know 😊

                  Can't go wrong with the vortex. Guess I'll be up to three now that there is 18.5" version. Word of advice. Get the grates with the opening in the middle like Hawg has.

                        You might want to re-season after use as it's cooling. I notice it takes off the seasoning (of course) and it tends to rust.

                          Yup. Totally agree, the Gourmet Grate is the way to go. If you need to sear over the Vortex, place the center section over it, sear your product. After you have removed your product, remove the center section, allow to cool, and clean/re-season. The Vortex, Gourmet Grate and Weber are the perfect combination.
