          Ya know..I don’t ever cook ‘em to slice. I don’t know why... that’d be a great “pot roast” change-up. Guess I get pulled beef in my head and “phreak” out

                I did a pot roast from a smoked chuckie...It was fantastic!

                That drum chuckie looks awesome Mike. Glad you found your way back to post. Let me hit you with some , because there is nothing like beef out of the smoker!

                  Well with brisket being so darn expensive in my eyes the chuck roast is the next best thing

                    Slicing it was a nice change than pulled which is why I buy it now Compared to brisket
