  • S'more crack

Spending time with the family and decided to make a batch of crack for their enjoyment. Ok, really for mine but lets not get caught up in the details.
Previous posters have subbed graham crackers for the saltines and gave it their blessing so I went with that. Saw some marshmallows on the counter and a light went off. S'more crack.
Lightly pressed the marshmallows into the melted chocolate for adhesion then kicked the oven up to broil to get some color on them.
In the freezer cooling now. Thinking this is gonna be good.

Should work great. Good idea. I've made the regular "crack" with graham crackers before, but never thought to add extra chocolate and the marshmallows. The regular "crack" had the normal caramel toffee layer and drizzles of white and dark melting chocolate.

I love coming home. My back porch smells just like a BBQ joint.....

In one word, this batch of crack turned out awesome. Will definitely put this variation into the rotation.
