  • Made some ABT's over the weekend

    Started out with some U15 shrimp and large jap peppers, stuffed a couple with string cheese, a couple with blue cheese and seasoned with Mad Hunky Hot ass seasoning, and some with pepper jack.

    I butterflied the shrimp and laid it over the stuffing, I also used the back of the knife to stretch the bacon out to fit the peppers

    I have to say my favorite was the blue cheese/hot ass wang
    And I will be doing this again soon

    Some big ol shrimp there...Like the sound of the blue cheese with the HAW!

        Dang they look good!! Haven't done me shrimpacado turds in a long while... gotta get on that. Thanks for the inspiration!

          Uhhh- you were not shy with the Hot Ass were ya? Phew... I suppose the cheese helped. Yes... I have a product that I really do not use..it's too hot

                  Thanks guys .... As for the heat luckily the Japs were not bad being deseeded and scraped, and the HAW gave it the rest of the kick I was wanting The blue cheese and HAW combo is really starting to win me over Ummm me brain is thinking again

                    Never used shrimp in an ABT, but I have to tell you those look fantastic!
                    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
