  • Garlic Prime Rib...in progress....

    Well I found this gem of a prime rib in the "special" area and had to take it home with me. It was at the end of Christmas so it had been in the freezer a while.

    Took it out, gave it a good run of Just Add Beef, then a heavy coat of garlic, into a vac bag, with some butter then into the hot tub we go at 10:45 am. Figure on eating around 6:30 So I'll be back with the rest.

    Hot tub running 133...

          Nice...
          Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
          My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                Okay ate early... here is the evidence....oh man it was solo tasty. Grilled up some asparagus to have with it!

                Turns out I took lessons from somebody on pic one....
