I travel a bit for work as well. When we ship our equipment out, I used to add my spare lunch cooler and Tupperware to the pallet. This escalated to adding various spices and rubs. Last year I picked up a smoke box and pellets at the local Bass Pro Shop to get my fix. I’m already contemplating either sending a grill this year when I go to Vegas for 45 days or hit up Craigslist.
Yeah, I got issues.

now thats an idea! seems like I’ll be awhile here so maybe when I get settled in a bit more I can check out Craigslist
