  • Curried Cauliflower Flatbread

I've been making this Mark Bittman flatbread recipe in my kitchen oven but always wondered what a hint of smoke might add. Did not disappoint.

Roast 1 1/2 pounds cauliflower at 400ºF until caramelized

Stir into a coconut milk, whole wheat flour batter and bake in a oiled pan at 400ºF for about an hour

    Serve warm

    Awesome stuff

Hmm.. I have heard of that being used without flour for a gluten free “bread”. Interesting.

Ooop! Sprinkle 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons curry powder on the hot cauliflower after roasting and toss before stirring it into the batter.
