  • Hello from Michigan

Hey everyone, I'm relatively new to smoking and have been watching videos of different types of smokers. I built a mini weber smokey mountain and it turned out pretty well. This past weekend I bought a Charbroil Kettleman and am going to try to smoke ribs and pork butt with it. Not sure how good it will work but worth a try.
