Recently bought a used Lang 60 deluxe,so I'll be asking a lot of questions I'm sure.Been cooking for over 60 years, started helping mon cook my breakfast when I was about 5 and helped Dad cooking and grilling outside from about the same age.I'm just a old southern country boy who still loves his biscuits and gravey.Good food is the second best thing in life.looking forward to talking with ya'll.

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
