  • Hello from the Great Northwest

Hi there! I'm new to this site and hope to pick up some tips on smoking meats. I've just ordered a Masterbuilt Electric 30" so I'm here to learn something before it arrives

Thanks in advance for any tips you may have. This looks like a great place to learn.

Thank you for the warm welcome, everyone. I'm afraid I can't get to smoking until my smoker arrives next week, but I can read and learn while I'm waiting. Heck, I've already learned what a fatty is......besides me
