Long time home hobbyist meat processor/smoker. My grandfather owned a butcher shop growing up in Slavic Village on the east side of Cleveland. I've been processing fresh Polish kielbasa & other ethnic sausages for years, as well as making exotic jerky flavors and smokies. I love being in the kitchen.
I also make pickles, pasta, sauces, perogies and a whole slew of other delicious edibles!!! Looking forward to sharing info. & recipes.
