Ok you guys have been seeing me brag for sometime now about Willinghams rubs.To me they are the bomb and would love for others to try them.Ive been using the original one mostley for sliced beef sammies and the cajin one makes for some awsome chicken and or wings.I do however add about 25% more course ground pepper to the cajin one and sometimes a little red pepperflakes. and they do havea hot one that makes smitties look feel like cool ice water in your mouth.to hot for me,Ill stick with Riches smitty's for my real but tastey heat I do also love to mix the 2 flavers for my ribs.here's a link for anyone interested.
