i really enjoyed our gift exchange 2 years ago. i either waited to long, working way to many hours, or just forgot to sign up last year(i am really leaning towards marcus was a dumbass last year myself). any way i did miss out on sharing this special fellowship.
so if the group would be kind enough to allow me to participate this year it would bring me great joy to exchange gifts. please place my name in the hat.Island of Misfit Smokers Member #92

bump, and just a note to the newer members here's how this works, just like your basic name drawing ,just add a comment showing your interest and you will be paired up with someone.when i post the pairs on Nov.6 you can then get with your trading partner and exchange addresses.you should send a gift (most people do food related being this is a smoked.meat forum and we all have at least that in common)early enough that your partner gets it by Christmas ,but we understand things do happen so just try to keep an open line of communication with your partner if you are gonna be late.usually people wait to open their package until they are opening their presents with family but some open earlier soon as they get it.we ask that you post a pic and when you recieve your gift.hope that everyone has a great time with this .and just in case you didnt read the original post, ther is a 20-25 dollar limitsigpic

I don't even have my recipients name yet, but I've already started my goodie box. I like to send things that are some of my favorite, unusual items to cook with as well as at least one or two local items. Woohoo! Thanks Doug for getting all this organized. You rock sir.
