This is something I make quite a bit. Any leftover meats, veggies, cheeses, sauce, your in. I use low carb tortillas or regular flour, they both work good. 425* for aboot 8-9 minutes, then broil for a minute or so. Anything I have handy is fair game, if it works. Sliced Thinly Ribeye, shredded chicken, olives, roasted Carrots, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño, avacado, etc. Always tasty!
