    chorizo con huevos y pappas a la plancha
    I had to try out the Chorizo, Chef's recipe. So what better way. Very, very good!! I do not have a flattop so CI it is.

                        Nice! I'll have to give this a shot.
                        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
