    Thanks Texas I usually get my recipes from spicysausage. Com.
    But I have tried all their breakfast sausage and didn't really care for them

      Again, it is a base.. Some folks like more sage others like less.. Use Maple syrup as your liquid in lieu of water if you like maple flavored sausage.. It is endless..

        1 TSP. GROUND CLOVES
        1 TSP. GROUND MACE
        1 TSP. GROUND SAGE
        5 oz. WATER

        MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND STUFF INTO SHEEP CASING OR MAKE INTO
        PATTIES.
        Very good Ken! very similar in taste to our butcher's. Been looking for a recipe that was similar to theirs.

                    These will come in handy ‘cause I am about to call working for someone else quits and want to get back into doing what I want to do: brewing and BBQing. Sausage is just part of that DNA.
