  • Ribs and then Chicken

Had a busy day today. Had to change the fuel pump in my old GMC and managed to cook up some baby back ribs along with some Jerk Chicken strips. I got a little careless with the chicken near the vortex but it was still pretty tasty. The wife made some twice baked potatoes and corn on the cob to round out the meal. Not too shabby for a rookie Weber owner.

I am going to tell you guys here, that if I hadn't found this place, I never would have been able to do these kind of things. I have learned so much and continue to learn from everyone here. I am thankful for all of you and appreciate everyone's input.
