  • My First Fatty

    OK for my first fatty I decided to go with a mushroom swiss burger roll. I took hamburger and layered swiss, mushrooms, onions, and bacon. Rolled and another layer of swiss, mushrooms, onions , and bacon.



    Wrapped and ready to smoke.



    On the smoker with some ABTs.



    Ready to eat.



    Here's my plate. A burger on the side and some mushroom gravy on the fatty.

                Thanks for the points and kind words. I was so intimidated by the idea that it took me 3 years to try it. Now that I have the first one under my belt I now know how easy they are to make. I will make be making more of these soon.
