  • ABT potato skins

This idea came on the fly. I knew I wanted to grill a steak on the Weber, I also knew I was going to do baked potatoes. I decide I want potato skins.

Potatoes baked off, cut in half and half again. Cooked potato scooped out. Layed the flat skins on the sheet pan, added a little bbq sauce, bacon, shredded cheese. I then remembered the leftover sausage and cheese ABT's I did yesterday. i sliced these and topped the potato skins with them.

Baked @ 350 for about 10 minutes. Dipped these in a ranch/sour cream mix.

    These were great
