            lol you could also try pickled red cabbage instead of sauerkraut.
            Similiar sort of stuff, but you'd get that bright red colour inside the fritters

              I saw something similar in an episode of Triple D, some Irish Pub somewhere and they were a huge hit there. Fantastic job Brian, that last pic is over the top!

              if they let me.
              Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
              My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                Yeah, I saw it and was thinking next time I do a pastrami... I will give them a try... not sure if they used cream cheese or not... but you need something to bind them together so I used the cream cheese.. otherwise they were just falling apart and would not ball up.. need more moisture .. maybe beer would be a nice little addition as well... just a splash... maybe next time we will see...

                          Sounds pretty similar to a Dutch recipe that my family makes around the holidays a lot. Except we use mostly pork with some spices leaning towards curry.

                            Those look and sound Excellent! I will try these but smoke/grill them instead of fry them like I do with chicken fingers.

                            We are doing Reuben quesadillas tonight as it turns out.
