I agree. I've lived up north before but won't admit it much, lol. I actually spent quite a few years in the remote Rockies. There are some good home bound winter cooks up there! For future reference. HOTD- Hottie Of The Day.
I enjoy a ton of food from all over. I do have to say that the Gulf Coast has really opened my eyes to a lot of new cuisine. I could go for a weekend to New Orleans and pack on a good fifteen pounds in the little "dive" restaurants. I've also gained about fifty pounds since here :(.
