- Red or green bell peppers stuffed with chili. Now the chili is premade and has my sausage mix (about 2lbs), 1 lbs of ground beef, homemade canadian bacon, shrooms, onions, Red and white kidney beans. 2 cans of tomato sauce, SAURKRAUT and chili seasoning. Once in the pepper it was topped with Mozza cheese.
Smoke at 250 dregrees until the peppers start to wrinkle (about the same length of time that it takes to do abt's in the smoker.
