    Twisted Mongolian Beef-Bacon-Ginger-Garlic Crostini's.

Made a twisted Mongolian Beef based dish last night and started with bacon..... Had some leftovers, so on to a cheese toast it went (like Texass Toast). Topped with chopped Macadamia nuts, Feta and a Balsamic glaze. Would be a fantastic appetizer also.

All I can say is Wow!
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Sounds kinda different, butt it was really really good. Tons of flavors and textures. Beats the oven baked shredded chiggin and salad tonight.

Maybe tomorrow night I will grill up something If the snow ever stops
