That sounds good rich. I usually do add cheese of some sort. I still have a couple bags of sweet and sour red cabbage and have three heads I need to make another big batch and just went out and picked some wild apples. When I have roast pork I like the red cabbage, apple sauce and mashed taters and gravy. So I am thinking a filling of PP, red cabbage and sauted apples along with some carmalized onions. I can't see a cheese or potatoes in this yet. But the horeradish sauce is still there.

Well I ended up with just a simple one, Smoked Pulled Pork, Carmalized Onions and Sharp Cheddar with Horseradish Sauce ( not shown). We had to go to the funeral home ( neighbors dad passed away) and by the time I got home and made to dough it was getting late.
                  Sauce.

                  3 Tbls. HR
                  1 1/2 Tbls. Real Mayo
                  1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
                  1 tsp. Sugar
and about 8 good twists from the pepper mill
