    TIP on Corn Dog: Unless you have a commercial corn dog fryer (vertical with clips like the county fair dudes), if you will spin the stick several times vs. just submerging, it will "set" the corn and you have much less of the "clog", AND you get a purdy, uniform shape.
    Thanks Walle! I think part of the look is the uneven pork pieces... the corn breading was pretty even .. I had my oil a bit hot as well I think... I did not have a oil temp gauge... guess I need one of those... the breading set right way... Oh well they might not look 100% smooth but they sure went down smooth!

    Thought about doing a Waffle out of the mix as well!! maybe next time..

        it was the onions that swung my vote .

            Well..I know it matters little... but it was between these beauties and the Squirrly girl entry. Hell..I wish I'd have got to taste them all actually.

                  I was thinking that if I chop the pulled pork then stuff in a casing then dip in the corn batter, it may give a uniform shape.
