weird, this is the first time I've read this thread all the way through.

And plus, it just needs a bump for the new guys on the forum.

Just an amazing piece of work.

So, found this and I am thinking of what I will be doing this winter.

I have a couple additional ideas.
            1. I would love to add something to use charcoal on the Horz. and use it like a charcoal grill for non smoking events in the hood. Maybe the vert would be for this and I could add baffle in the bottom of it so the ash would dump in the firebox. Hmmm, thoughts......

            2. Be able to close off the Vert. section and use just the horz. which would require another stack. THen I could use the Vert. for just warming and adjust the stacks as needed.

            3. Make box racks that slide in/out.

            4. Make one door, would require assists, so I could smoke a whole pig and make use of the slide racks.

            5. It's easy to monday morning Q-back additional things. I never would have come up with what is here, it's awesome.

One thing I have to understand is how you did the door framing and welded the skins. Oh and everything else :)

Would you be able to cook a pig in this with the reverse or do you need it hotter?

Would I just stoke it or should I have the fire under it.

Man, if I could add some NPT drilled right for adding propane I would go mad with a tri-fuel build here.

Has anyone made black pipe burners? Maybe get Stainless Steel tube and made burners from that. Man, things to do and learn. How to get the air/gas ratio......
