  • test smoke & ABT's

testing out my file cabinet smoker, I still have a few things to do with it, but, I have a day off and figured I'd test it out with a small ham shank, small pork roast end and some ABT's. I will post some more pics after their done.

trying a new rub, picked up @ apple festival last year.

had some leftover filling, not going to waste.

    and.. We're SMOKIN!

Great looking file smoker. Did you have to put any type of sealer around each door to keep them from leaking?

I am going to add a vent of some sort on top of unit, once I paint it with high temp paint I may add some metal tape to fill gaps if needed.

thanks to all for input and ideas from the site.

definitely. I got approximately 3hrs from the small propane tank.
