  • Shredded Chicken Mad Hunky Green Chile Fritters

Been thinking aboot trying this for a while, butt with Green Onions. Green chile's fit right in. Fried in butter/evoo.

Shredded chicken, 1 egg, Bisquick, green chiles, diced onion, peanuts and tomato, SnP, Mad Hunky.

Hit the spot, and tasted like anticipated. Green onion would also be good I think.

It was about the consistency of a pancake batter. Used a little bit of beer also. When I dropped the scoops into the hot butter, they pretty much leveled out. I ended up eating eight of them
