Maple B&M.I just mixed a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar,About 1/3 cups pf catchup and brown spicy deli mustard,Diced up onions and peppers,2 tablespoons of the rub,bacon across the top and then the shot of Jack Daniels.As soon as the temp hit 150,I put it in and left it in until I took the butt out of the cooler after it rested.
