Pulled a nice T-bone oot of the fridgedeezer that I had previously seasoned with S&P, MHGP & Tatonka Dust & then vac packed...

Took some fresh corn & hit it with marg, Tony Chachere's & MH Sweet Heat...

    Onto the heat...

    And onto the plate...

Thanks much for checking oot my Saturday night grub...

Good looking dinner, Ice. How did the corn turn out? Kind of a variation on Mex street corn.

I love grilled corn, butt the rest of the family is more toward the traditional boil. So I don't do it anymore.

Yep, grilled corn is one of my favorites as well, Phil. Boiling seems to cook too much of the flavor oot for my tastes. Otis, I picked up these ears from Safeway, while not bad they're not the best I've had. I like the flavor that TC's adds to the corn - MHSH too...

Mmm... I grilled up some corn with some Hot Whang a couple weeks ago. Definitely kicks it up! The butter seems to have some kinda synergistic relationship with it too. Hmmm..might have to try wings with a butter dip/base?

I did it as much for convenience as anything else. Just season, vac & freeze for later. Turned oot to work pretty well, pull it oot of the fridgedeezer & it kind of marinates in its own seasoned juices while defrosting.

Rich didn't supply any labels for the Sweet Heat so I figgered why not make up my own...
