Yeah, I always wimp out and make mine with beef (Cottage Pie). Gotta get in gear and do the real deal with lamb. Specially since you can buy lamb at Costco for the price of beef. Boned legs are $5.45 / lb. I have a grinder.

Mmmmmmm, that look GuuD!
When I was in public school, school lunch, they made something call Potato Turbate. Kind of the same thing only it was just hamburger (mostly unseasoned) and instant mashed on top. Sometimes they would put peas in the burger. It was better than most of the stuff they "served"!
