                  Hey Rich,

                  That looks very nice. Finished my bacon up this past weekend. Slicing for me is gonna be a pain in the butt since I'm using a Henkel. LOL guess since i'm loving this bacon I should start looking for a slicer.

                        Used a mix of apple and hickory- light on the hickory. Give apple a run sometime if ya have not... really goes well with bacon...heck..pork in general!
