    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

              • Thanks for the assistance Scott !! That was in May for a seminar for Biology Majors, State Biologists, Game Wardens, and Professors from all over the State, we fed 250+ that weekend. Along with 120lbs of Brisket, several Pit Hams, 55 lbs Smoked Sausage, homemade Tater Salad, Slaw, Baked Beans, and Peach Cobbler.
