Fried up some corn tortillas on the disco to make some hard taco shells and tostadas.
Then browned 2lbs ground turkey and added taco seasoning. On the stove I made some refried beans by simply adding a can of beans with most of the liquid removed in a pan and smashing them with a potato masher and added some taco seasoning to it too.
For the tacos and tostadas I added sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce tomato and Tapatio hot sauce
